Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to manage and operate chemical process equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in chemical plant operations with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and control systems according to standard operating procedures.

• Manage chemical reactions, material handling, distillation, filtration, drying, and packaging processes.

• Maintain process parameters and ensure product quality meets required specifications.

• Record and report operational data, incidents, and maintenance needs accurately.

• Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and environmental protocols during operations.

• Assist in troubleshooting and minor maintenance of plant equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance, lab, and production teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Participate in safety drills and regular training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E. Chemical / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry / ITI AOCP

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant.

• Good knowledge of plant operations, chemical handling, and safety standards.

• Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle operational challenges independently.
