We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable M.Tech Electrical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. The role includes hands-on project implementation, troubleshooting, and innovation for continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electrical systems and circuits for industrial applications.

  • Manage and execute electrical engineering projects from concept to commissioning.

  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, standards, and regulations.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, mechanical, and instrumentation.

  • Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment.

  • Evaluate electrical systems and components to identify risks and ensure quality.

  • Implement energy-saving projects and sustainable solutions.

  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for electrical projects.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, PLC/SCADA, and automation.

  • Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment and systems.

  • Knowledge of power distribution, motors, drives, control panels, and instrumentation.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and project management capabilities.

  • Ability to lead or work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

  • M.Tech / M.E. in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems, Control Systems, or related specialization).

  • Additional certifications in energy management, automation, or safety (preferred).
