📄 Job Description:

We are hiring a Diploma Chemical Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of chemical processing units, monitoring plant conditions, maintaining production quality, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety norms. The candidate should have basic knowledge of plant equipment and chemical handling processes.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment and machinery.

• Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure safe and efficient handling of raw materials and chemicals.

• Monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, and flow rates.

• Record operational data and assist in reporting.

• Conduct visual inspections and assist in troubleshooting plant issues.

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the shop floor.

• Cooperate with maintenance, quality control, and safety departments.

• Follow instructions from senior engineers and supervisors.

• Ensure minimal downtime and contribute to smooth plant operations.

• Basic understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols.

• Ability to read technical drawings and understand process flow.

• Knowledge of handling chemical equipment like reactors, mixers, and distillation columns.

• Willingness to work in shifts and plant environments.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.

• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of plant/production experience preferred.
