Chemical Plant Operator

📄 Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in operating machinery or production equipment. The candidate should be technically competent, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or in a team.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines or production lines efficiently and safely.

• Set up machines before starting the production cycle.

• Perform routine maintenance and report any malfunctions or breakdowns.

• Ensure that the machine output meets quality and quantity standards.

• Record production data and maintain logs as per process requirements.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.

• Conduct visual and manual inspection of finished products for defects.

• Assist in loading/unloading materials or products when required.

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine functions.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments.

• Familiarity with safety standards and guidelines in the workplace.

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if required.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass, or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field (preferred).

• On-the-job training or technical course certification (if any) is a plus.
