📄 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage financial accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, leadership skills, and the ability to strategize financial operations effectively.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledgers, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.

• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.

• Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants or finance staff.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing financial insights and solutions.

• Monitor account performance and ensure all payments and billing are up to date.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial planning and execution.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Sound knowledge of taxation, GST, and compliance procedures.

• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
