Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Mechanical Engineers for Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in production equipment.

Monitor machine performance and perform upgrades or modifications as required.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with production and other departments for minimal downtime.

Assist in planning and execution of plant shutdowns and equipment overhauls.

Suggest and implement improvements to reduce breakdown and increase machine reliability.
Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1-3 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance preferred (freshers may also apply).

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.
