Job Description:

We are seeking a trained and alert Fireman to join our safety team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring fire prevention, protection, and emergency response within the plant or industrial premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms and emergency calls.

• Operate firefighting equipment such as hoses, extinguishers, hydrants, pumps, etc.

• Conduct regular fire drills, inspections, and risk assessments.

• Monitor and maintain firefighting systems (hydrants, sprinklers, fire panels).

• Ensure compliance with fire safety protocols and statutory guidelines.

• Assist in training workers on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid.

• Inspect fire-prone areas and report hazards or unsafe practices.

• Support emergency rescue operations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have completed a recognized course in Industrial Fire & Safety.

• Knowledge of industrial firefighting techniques, rescue operations, and first aid.

• Physically fit, alert, and able to handle emergencies under pressure.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial plants or factories.

• Willingness to work in shifts and be available on-call in case of emergencies.
