We are hiring FTC (Trainees) for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to begin their career in a regulated pharma environment. The selected candidates will be trained and assigned to departments like Production, Packing, Warehouse, or Quality depending on skills and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department.

• Learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Support machine operations, material handling, and documentation work.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the working area.

• Participate actively in training and on-job learning activities.

• Report to department supervisor and update daily tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Any ITI Trade (AOCP, Fitter, Electrician, etc.) OR B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biology, or related fields)

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in pharma/chemical industry will be an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of industrial safety and working discipline.

• Willingness to work in shifts and follow plant rules.
